--RHP Jason Isringhausen got through the first of three scheduled appearances for Class AA Montgomery fine on Monday, manager Joe Maddon said. The plan is for Isringhausen to spend about a week with Montgomery, then move up to Class AAA Durham. --Manager Joe Maddon received his 2008 BBWAA AL Manager of the Year Award prior to the April 19 game. Maddon fell one vote short -- from Terry Pluto, of the Cleveland Plain Dealer -- of being the first unanimous selection in history.
